- Sunglasses.
What level of fitness is required for a paragliding taster flight?
If you are prone to travel sickness, please feel free to take homeopathic remedies or other preventative treatment, as you may feel nauseous after a certain amount of time in the air.

For subsequent days, if the weather is unfavourable, we will notify you by the end of the day the day before.

What documents and certificates are required for the courses?
The list of documents required to take part in a course is as follows:
- A medical certificate stating that there are no medical contraindications to paragliding, issued within the last 12 months (your GP can provide this). This is compulsory for taking out FFP insurance.
- Aircraft Civil Liability insurance. This is compulsory for flying solo in a paraglider: to this end, we issue the FFP (French Parachuting Federation) paragliding Aircraft Civil Liability licence. It must be taken out before the course begins. We strongly recommend taking out the supplementary Individual Insurance (IA).
Download the licence application guide - Insurance covering daily allowances; supplementary cover available through Vespieren.
